Michaella Thoman

Meet Michaella Thoman, our creative director at the Student Collective! She is a fourth year biology student minoring in business administration and chemistry. She loves hanging out with friends, random boba runs, and is looking forward to showing a bit more of campus life this year!

Harry Zhu

Meet Harry Zhu, our communications director at the Student Collective! He is a second-year Computer Science/Cyber Security student pursuing a business analytics certificate. A fun fact about Harry is that he likes to hike, go axe throwing, and cook his own meals. He is eager to continue again this year to illuminate this academic year full of rejuvenated student life in the forthcoming yearbook.

Sophia Komarek

Meet Sophia Komarek, our writer for the Student Collective! She is a Sophomore Theater and English major in the Honors program at Fox. She loves having random dance parties, watching the sunset, gluten free vegan pumpkin bread from Coffee cottage and will probably never say no to a drive to get dairy free milkshakes from Burgerville. She also loves quality time with friends, especially when it involves something yummy or good music:) This is her second year working on the Student Collective and she looks forward to capturing your stories in a beautiful way.

Bella Dean

Meet Bella Dean, our copy editor at the Student Collective! She is a second-year student-athlete studying sociology and biology and minoring in criminal justice. She loves hanging out with friends, bouldering, and anything chocolate. She is excited to show off George Fox and all the incredible students in this year’s yearbook!

Alison Takamiya

Meet Alison Takamiya, our graphic designer for the student collective! She is a sophomore majoring in business administration and minoring in graphic design and is also a part of the women’s golf team. She is always listening to music, and loves dogs, Disney, and the outdoors. This is her first year on the team and she is looking forward to helping design a book that aesthetically encapsulates the 2021-2022 school year.

Anyrie Brown

Meet Anyrie Brown our public relations advocate at the Student Collective! She is a second-year Biology student minoring is psychology. She loves hanging out with friends, going on adventures, and she loves sports. She is looking forward to this years memories at Fox and showing off our campus life!
